What is 'Strollercise'?

Strollercise is strolling / dancing to sounds from the 50s & 60s. We do 6,000 - 7,000 steps in the hour class, therefore it became a form of exercise, hence Strollercise.

How much does it cost?

Classes are just £5 per class. on a pay-as-you-go basis.

 

Is there an age range limit?

Strollercise is suitable for all ages from 14 years and older and all our franchise owners are required to carry a current DBS Certificate.

 

What do I need to bring with me?

Wear comfy clothes, and bring your trainers and some water.

 

Do I need to book?

No, simply turn up!

What if I suffer with ailments?

You should always check with your GP but we have Strollers with COPD, Fibromyalgia, even walking aids, this is a low intensity fitness class so suitable for almost everybody.
